More of the right guests, in pesos.Pour, once the bucket holds.
This is our marketing work: once the leaks are plugged, we bring in more of the right guests through whatever fits your property, from paid ads and search to past guests, partnerships and offers for the slow months, tracked from the first click to the downpayment. We run it last, on purpose. Marketing only brings guests to the door, so we make sure the door holds first.
Every engagement starts with the free check.
Before we pour
Is your bucket ready for marketing?
Five quick questions. Tap the ones that are true for your place today. They give a rough sense of whether marketing would pay off yet; the audit gives the real answer, with your numbers.
The honest line: we run marketing last, once the bucket holds. If it doesn't hold yet, we'll tell you, and show you the numbers why.
Your own read, not our verdict. The free check measures it with your own numbers.
Where ad money leaks
Your ads work. Then what?
Likes, not bookings
Boosted posts collect reactions from people who were never going to book. The guests who would have booked never saw an offer made for them.
A path that dies on a phone
Ad, then Messenger, then a rate sheet, then a GCash number in a separate message. Every extra step is a guest who gives up.
Paying for your own name
Guests who searched for your resort by name still book through Agoda or Booking.com, because that was the easiest place to book.
What's included
Build your scope.
All twelve pieces below are part of our marketing work. Switch off what you already have covered, then send it with your check request.
01
Channels
Reach guests who book direct.
02
Offers
For the days that don't fill themselves.
03
Offer pages
Where each ad lands, on a phone.
04
Tracking
Know what each booking cost.
Weekday and lean-season offers
A year of offers, in order.
Offers follow your calendar. Past guests hear first, then weekday and rainy-day packages, and paid ads go on top only once the rest is working.
One resort's year
Example- April to May: past guests hear about the rainy-season offer first.
- January to February: weekday packages, with paid ads once the bucket holds.
- June to October: weekday, rainy-day and group packages, with paid ads on top.
- October to November: past guests get first pick of December dates.
- All year: search on your own name, so guests who look you up book direct.
Example plan for a resort with a June to October lean season. Yours is set after the free check, from your own months.
How it runs
Slow for a month, then it compounds.
Check the bucket
Confirm the leaks are plugged, and where guests come from today.
Build
Offers, offer pages, tracking and the first ads.
Launch
Campaigns live, tested against your numbers, budget moved to what books.
Improve
We run it, measure it in pesos and improve it with you, month by month.
Typical timing, not a promise. Your free After-Click Check sets the real plan.
Marketing questions.
Why do you run marketing last?
Marketing brings guests to the door. If the reply comes the next morning or the booking path dies on a phone, the money you spent walks out again. So we plug the leaks first, and then every peso of marketing has somewhere to go.
Can we start with marketing anyway?
If the free check shows your bucket already holds, yes, and we'll say so. If it doesn't, we'll show you the numbers and suggest plugging first. Your call either way.
How much ad budget do we need?
It depends on your rooms, rates and season. We recommend a starting budget after the check, and you approve it before anything runs.
Will we stop using Agoda and Booking.com?
No. The OTAs still bring guests. The goal is that guests who already know your name can book you directly, so you keep the commission.
Do you post on our Facebook page?
Our marketing work is bringing in the right guests: ads, search, past guests, partnerships, offers and tracking. If your page needs regular posts, we'll say so in your plan and help you set up who does it.
How will we know it's working?
In your own numbers. The scorecard from your free check becomes the starting line; as the fixes go in, you see what moved and what it's worth in pesos.
